  • Two in one burglary, Mazda MX5 convertible stolen, Trent Park, Kingswood, Hull.

    Thieves were able to enter a house on Trent Park in the Kingswood area of Hull through an unlocked front door in the early hours of Sunday 9 February 2014.

    It is thought intruders entered the house around 0520hrs on Sunday morning the 9 February and took electrical items including a iPod Classsic and a Google Nexus tablet. A Nikon digital camera, a gents Seiko Chromograph watch and a white gold twist design necklace were also stolen.

     

    Thieves also located the keys to the residents’ car and their blue Mazda MX5 convertible which was parked on the drive was stolen during the burglary.

     

    Anyone with information in connection with this incident is asked to contact police on 101 quoting crime reference number DQ/205635 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

    Most burglaries are committed by opportunist criminals who happen to see insecure premises where they can help themselves to the property inside. In most cases the burglary could have been prevented.
